The Aqua Skill Game Canister was invented and patented in the early 1990’s. The canister, designed to sit on the front counter of high volume restaurants and other point of sale businesses, is attractive to the retailer and eye-catching for the consumer, making it a perfect promotional, PR, charity fundraising device. Customers playing the game generate a tremendous amount of collections. The customer is awarded a prize if he/she is able to capture the coin (Quarter, Dime, Nickel in the US) on one of the pads inside the game. The player controls the pad location through the turn handle at the top of the unit. If he/she catches a coin, he/she wins a prize. Game canisters shipped outside the US are specially designed to handle the particular size and denomination of the coins in the country where it is used, such as the twonie and loonie (2 dollar and 1 dollar coins) of Canada.

The Aqua Skill Model 2000 Game Canister is designed to test a players skill and dexterity through control of game pads with a turn handle located at the top of the unit, as well as a “bottom stop” drop tube that allows a 360 degree control of coin descent. This model is required in certain states.
